We want you to love your Custom Paints apparel, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
